Živković Samardžić, a leading Serbian law firm, advised Astonko, a subsidiary of Kopernikus Corporation, on the voluntary buyout of shares from 42 out of 43 minority shareholders of B92, which owns O2 TV, Play Radio, and various websites. As a result, Astonko now holds 99.99% of B92.

Kopernikus, founded in 1998, provides cable TV and broadband services. In 2018, it acquired Prva TV and O2 TV in Serbia and Montenegro. B92, established in 1989, is a prominent media company with national radio, TV, and web platforms, known for its award-winning journalism.
