Yesterday, our Ana Popović held the workshop, organized by Forum media, in the premises of the Hotel 88 Rooms, on the topic of “Procedure for monitoring work results and evaluation of knowledge and abilities of employees”.
With this seminar, Ana explained to the participants about the segments from labour law on which employers frequently focus on, why they think like that and, finally, what they expect to achieve from it. Considering the topic of the seminar, Ana pointed out the obligations and main elements of employer procedures for monitoring work results and evaluation of knowledge and abilities of employees, but also talked about the purpose and goal of setting up evaluations and rulebooks for monitoring results.
Participants of the workshop had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the relevant legal framework in detail regarding the most common mistakes the employers usualy make in practice in internal acts, since it is important that simultaneously with the development of the employee rewarding system, the employer also learns from past mistakes such as various omissions within the organization – from the departments which could have helped, to insufficient freedom to develop new initiatives and even to the lack of commitment and patience from the management.
“It has been a great opportunity to share views, since panel discussions covered all relevant topics regarding employee engagement and competences and participants used this time to learn how to scale up the future business”, said Ana Popović.
