Živković Samardžić advised Samsic Holding dejavnost holdingov d.o.o, the Slovenian arm of the French Samsic Group, on acquiring the remaining 45% stake in Samsic STM d.o.o, a Belgrade-based provider of facility management, construction, and installation services, from the founding shareholders. As a result, Samsic became the sole shareholder of its Serbian subsidiary.

Founded in 1986, Samsic is a European leader in facility management, with 117,000 employees and a turnover of EUR 3.45 billion. Operating in 27 countries, Samsic provides customized services to 30,000 customers.
