Belgrade Arbitration Center commenced work with Živković Samardžić of counsel as a member of its board

Belgrade Arbitration Center, an arbitration institution providing arbitration services for commercial disputes, both domestic and international, commenced its work on January 1st, 2014.

Belgrade Arbitration Center is an independent arbitration institution, established by the Serbian Arbitration Association, a non-for profit organisation whose members are attorneys, university professors, judges and in house lawyers with professional practice or academic expertise in the field of arbitration.

Živković Samardžić partners, Branislav Živković, Miloš V. Milošević and Slobodan Kremenjak are members of the Serbian Arbitration Association, while Živković Samardžić permanent of counsel, professor Miloš Živković, PhD is a member of the board of Belgrade Arbitration Center. Other Belgrade Arbitration Center board members are professor Gašo Knežević, PhD (President), professor Vladimir Pavić, PhD (Vice President), Jernej Sekolec, PhD and Tijana Kojović, PhD.
