On February 10, 2024, Živković Samardžić Dispute Resolution Partners Miloš V. Milošević and Ivan Ljubisavljević were invited to speak as guest lectures at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.
They held a lecture at the Studies for innovation knowledge in the field of insurance on the topic: Specificities of insurance litigation: why is it necessary to develop the strategy on the reduction of litigation? – experiences from practices. Based on their extensive practice in insurance law, they tried to explain why it is crucial to conduct less litigation proceedings in relation to the insurance and provided examples of alternative methods for the settlement of disputes relating to insurance.
